To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses (d) and (e) listed above to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
You have the right to object to a result that is against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems, and to request compensation for the damages if you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data. As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights in writing using the “Data Owner Application Form” shared on the www.outofstandart.com website or in a way that your identity can be verified by using the registered electronic mail (info@outofstandart.com) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified by the relevant person and registered in its system, our company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
